Bjorn has worked with us since September 2015. First with handling our home in Amsterdam for checking in guests, but then later he became our virtual assistant / concierge. He's helped with tax office matters, arranging service professionals, and also fully dealing with a complex home insurance issue. He has never said "no" to anything we've asked. He is dependable and always follows through. And there's no one else that can make talking with the Belastingdienst fun. Thanks Bjorn!
