Bjorn has worked with us since September 2015. First with handling our home in Amsterdam for checking in guests, but then later he became our virtual assistant / concierge. He's helped with tax office matters, arranging service professionals, and also fully dealing with a complex home insurance issue. He has never said "no" to anything we've asked.
